Innovation Research for Schneider Electric
Schneider Electric needed to test the acceptability of an innovation concept enhancing quality management in industrial facilities via AI. Technical engineers in the food and beverage sector were asked to evaluate the concept. I was responsible for the realisation of the study in the German market, consisting of:
Screening and recruiting of technical engineers in industrial food and beverage facilities.
Organisation and realisation of semi-structured interviews.
Analysis and synthesis of intermediate and final results, focusing on the identification of strategic potential.
